Real problems, and what we built for them

Every project here started with a problem someone lived with every day. We show the problem as it was, what we built, and what changed. Figures were measured by the client, and we never publish a client's name without their consent.

Special education and rehabilitation

Sawa Academy for special education

The problem

Specialists filled in and scored assessment forms by hand, copied scores, drew charts, and wrote plans and reports for every child. Scheduling ran on phone calls, and parents heard about their children through paper and calls.

What we built

Enable 360: one system that follows the child from the first consultation to a goal mastered at home. Assessments scored as they are answered, suggested goals for each weakness, session scheduling, and a parent portal, hosted in Saudi Arabia in line with the personal data protection law.

What changed

60% faster assessment, reporting, plans and tracking
99% less paper: from about 150,000 sheets to under 1,000 a year
81 children and 65 staff on the same system

Jordan's Ministry of Youth

The problem

Staff spread across the ministry headquarters, its directorates and youth centres in more than one governorate. A traditional fingerprint device needs hardware and upkeep at every site, leave was on paper, and there was no live view of attendance.

What we built

Dawami: an attendance app on the employee's phone using face or fingerprint with a liveness scan, checking the work-site boundary and working offline. With it, a manager app and a dashboard for shifts, sites and reports, published on the App Store, Google Play and Huawei AppGallery.

What changed

Rolled out in phases across headquarters, directorates and youth centres
Leave and short-departure requests moved to the phone
Each phase added a fix from the field: reminders, offline mode, automatic day close

Audit and accounting firms

A system for running audit firms

The problem

Firms that check their clients' books carefully, while running their own work on folders, spreadsheets and email: scattered client files, deadlines in Excel, untracked team time, and client requests lost in messages.

What we built

360 Audit: clients and company records, leads, projects and tasks, timesheets and shift rosters, team and HR, finance, tickets, a knowledge base and reports, with permissions for each role.

One file per client instead of several places

The problem

An old site that didn't explain what we do, wasn't read well by search and AI engines, and had inconsistent contact details across pages.

What we built

A fast, static bilingual site with practical guides for every service we offer, structured data and an llms.txt file for AI engines, accessibility tools, and a contact form protected from spam.

What changed

More than 200 pages and articles in Arabic and English
Every page works on mobile without sideways scrolling
