Enable 360 gives the specialist's time back to the child

One system for special-education, rehabilitation and family counseling centers. It follows the child from the first consultation to a goal mastered at home, alongside scheduling, HR, transport and reports.

Why we built it

A center's biggest waste is time spent on paper

We saw it at Sawa Academy for special education before the system: specialists spent a large part of the day filling in, scoring and copying forms instead of working with children.

Paper files

Assessment forms filled in and scored by hand, spread across folders.

Slow reports and plans

Copying scores, drawing charts and writing each child's plan by hand.

Exhausting scheduling

Assigning children to rooms and specialists with spreadsheets and calls.

Scattered systems

Bookings, attendance and payroll each in a different program.

Parents out of the loop

The child's information reaches them through calls and paper.

One system

Data is entered once and moves on by itself from stage to stage.

The child's whole journey, from every angle

From the first consultation to a goal mastered at home

  1. 01

    Booking

Parents sign up with a phone number and book from the consultant's calendar.

  2. 02

    Consultation

The consultant records the outcome and sets the assessments needed.

  3. 03

    Assessment booking

The program manager picks specialist and time; parents and specialist are notified.

  4. 04

    Assessment

Done in the system, with scores calculated as answers are entered.

  5. 05

    Report and plan

A print-ready report, a suggested goal per weakness, and MT, EXP and RR tracking.

  6. 06

    Programs and sessions

Automatic room scheduling and digital DTT sheets for every goal.

  7. 07

    Mastery and generalization

Mastered goals are generalized across therapists and settings, then reported as achieved.

  8. 08

    Follow-up at home

Parents see plans, reports, home practice and pick-up and drop-off alerts.

Questions center managers ask

Who is Enable 360 for?

Special-education and rehabilitation centers for people with disabilities, and family counseling and psychological support centers, in Jordan and Saudi Arabia. They differ in the assessment tools they use; the operating logic is the same.

Does the center need to install anything?

No. It runs in the browser on computers, tablets and phones, supports multiple branches, and has a full Arabic interface with English.

Where is the center's data stored?

In cloud hosting in data centers inside Saudi Arabia; the system and its host comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). The data belongs to the center, which can export all of it.

How long does rollout take?

The system is implemented within a month; extra customization time depends on how many assessments the center needs. Technical support is free for the first year.
